Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the FedEx tracking system.


Limited Edition Releases

Products released as part of limited drops may require additional handling and packaging preparation to maintain presentation quality and serialized packaging integrity.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.


Duties & Taxes

All import duties and applicable taxes are included in the final product price at checkout.

Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the last tracking update.
